Called into ministry at a young age, Peter had been serving the Lord in various capacities prior to this church plant. In May of 1996, the Lord clearly spoke to them about starting the church. In obedience to the Lord’s leading, and upon confirmation from their spiritual father Apostle Willie F. Wooten, Church on the Rock was launched in May 1996.
